BIO: The 2010 PSBC D1 team will once again have Bill Lippert behind the helm. Entering his 4th season as head coach, Lippert is nothing but optimistic for the upcoming season. As a former PSBC player turned alumnus, Coach Lippert has been around enough to know what it takes to produce a winning team. He and the rest of the PSBC see nothing but a trip to Ft. Myers, FL at the end of May. Hailing from Pittsburgh, PA, Lippert attended PSU from 1999-2004. During his years as an undergrad, he was one of the top pitchers for the PSBC. Once he graduates, Lippert became an employee for the university and is currently an adviser for the Smeal College of Business. Coach Lippert sees nothing else than continuing the success of the PSBC in the 2010 season. He is very optimistic that his veteran offense will be able to come through in the clutch situation. In addition he has full confidence that his young pitching staff will be able to get the job done as well. The team camaraderie and mentality is all pointed to winning the elusive National Championship - a championship Coach Lippert and the PSBC are very eager to accomplish
