BIO: The only freshmen in the rookie class of 2009. Did not see much game time as he finished the season with only 2 IP against Buffalo. Despite his little game experience, he has quickly become one of the aces in the pitching totation this season. First, he is the only southpaw on the squad and provides much needed diversity in a rotation dominated by right-handers. In addition, Blucher has made long strides in the off-season increasing his strength and stamina. His preformance in the 2010 season should be nothing but fantastic. His dominating curveball and quick fastball should keep batters off balance all season. Steve is currently majoring in Electrical Engineering at Penn State.
